Is "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" hard to sing/play on the piano?

Im not sure how difficult it will be to both sing and play at the same time. But i have played this particular piece on keyboard and its not tough. It was one of the pieces for my 4th grade trinity examination. Quite easy.
