Where can i buy black skinny jeans near dallas,tx or garland,tx for 15-20$?

If I were you, I would check at a Forever21. They have really great jeans(and other clothes). I would also look at a nearby JcPenny. They have nice Jeans too :D Other than that I have a hard time finding cheaper skinny jeans that actually last. Good Luck!
