My GF was raped last year and now she's pregnant at 15/16, please help?

Ok, I'm 16 and my GF is 16, I went out with her last year but we broke-up in a friendly manner because we couldn't see each other that often. Then a few weeks later she started going ut with this other guy. A few weeks after that on her way home she was jumped, beaten, then dragged into an alley and violently raped. She laid there crying until she finally got her phone out of he pocket and called her BF. He told her to just call the police. She couldn't believe him and so she called me. I rushed over there, carried her to my car and rushed her to the hospital. I stayed with her the whole time. She found out that she didn't have ant STD'S but was pregnant. I just held her in my arms for days at my house on the couch while she cryed. Afterwards we stayed together and started going out. A few months ago I told her I loved her and she told me that she loved me. I have decided to help her raise the baby together. I take her to her doctors appts. and stuff like that and now the baby is due this week. I'm starting to freak out though. I love her more than anything and want to spend forever with her but I'm just really scared of raising a baby at 16! Please give me some advice!
