What is a "Columbia Freeze Reactive Bowling Ball"?

For a paper I picked up at a bowling alley it mentions winning a Columbia Freeze Reactive Ball. What exactly is that/meant for. Whats the difference between that and just a normal ball. Plus whats a Columbia White Dot ball....?
