I'm looking for a dress Judy Garland wore on her show.?

I remember seeing her in a youtube video singing a slow song in this amazing dress, but I can't find the video any longer. The dress was a short/cap sleeve dress cinched at the waist with a poofy ball gown bottom. It was a black/white video so the dress looked a light silver color with some type of beading or embellishment. I have no idea what the song was unfortunately, but I know it was on her show. It was also just her and a piano with the music playing, and she was younger in the video. Does anyone know what this song was? Thanks!
