What do you do while working at a shoe store?

I am looking for a part time summer job and I am 17 years old. I already work at the bowling alley and know how easy shoes can be. I am also looking for a job that doesn't use the cash register because I am awful with simple math under pressure. If i work at a shoe store can i just help customers and stock shelves and leave the cash registering to someone else?

Is it weird that I love the song "Over the Rainbow"?

I'm a 16-year-old guy, and Somewhere Over the Rainbow is by far my favorite song. (The original Wizard of Oz version, I mean.) It's just so beautifully, yet simply, written, performed by the absolutely brilliant Judy Garland. The lyrics and music are as meaningful, fresh, and timeless as the day they were written seventy years ago. I know that it's more of a "lullaby" song, but I think it's far better than any of the crap released nowadays.

I'm just starting to drive now, and hope to get my license by next week. but anyways, there's this cute girl I've seen in person 3 times, chated her up on facebook once, and kept up from 10-2 texting one night. I was thinking something casual, then i thought of it: bowling alley.My mother and father both know I have feelings for her, and I think this would be a relativly pressure free date. my dad and her father are chummy already, and I was gonna drive to her house to get her, then the bowling, maybe some food afterwards, then (if it went awesome) try to kiss her. So tell me, what do you think?

Did Judy Garland have undiagnosed bipolar disorder?

There has been some specualtion in books i have read about Judy Garland that she was an undiagnosed Manic Depressive.Her daughter Liza Minnelli thinks her Mum was Bipolar as she said a few years before her mum died that she would have extreme mood swings.Periods where she would stay in bed for days with severe depressions and other periods where she would be awake for days with severe rages,delusions, paranoia and hallucinations.Perhaps her heavy drug use exacerbated her condition.Do you think this is true?Thanks

Will this actually matter?

In my school we HAVE to take US history Junior year. and to graduate I only need 4 years of english and Global. 3 years of everything else. I am taking APUSH next year and my counselor said I was fine, so I'm sure you will be ok.
